Margaret Williams - Chief Nurse

Margaret Williams

A practicing Registered Nurse, Margaret brings with her 30 plus years of nursing, midwifery and health visiting experience, in addition to possessing a wealth of knowledge across both NHS provider and commissioning organisations.

Margaret is currently the Chief Nurse with executive responsibility for integrated governance and quality improvements; a role she undertakes alongside her Governing Body responsibilities. Margaret also contributes to a range of quality improvement initiatives using her experience to ensure that the quality of local health service can continue to flourish.

Margaret has worked specifically in strategic professional nurse leadership roles to deliver system wide quality improvement for over 10 years alongside more recently returning to deliver direct patient care in order to strengthen her understanding of front line nursing issues as well as adding to her credibility as Chief Nurse in Commissioning.
