Top tips to help us all stay healthy and well

Health and care partners across Morecambe Bay recognise there is a need to act now to support those who are most vulnerable and most at risk in our communities during this winter period and as the pandemic remains a challenge to our daily lives. 


We know that being more active and more healthy can reduce your risk of becoming seriously ill if you catch coronavirus.
 
Here are 6 top tips to help us all stay healthy and well
 
Ask for help - if you are struggling with your mental health or physical health.
Blood Pressure – keep it low to protect yourself from heart attacks and strokes.
Covid – remember Hands, Face, Space, and if you have symptoms get a test and self-isolate.
Diet – eat a healthy and balanced diet.
Exercise – try and get out for 20 minutes walk every day.
Flu Jab – if entitled to one on the NHS – get it done.
